Refund policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something's not right, here's how returns work at Spinsterly Co.

Return window — We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

Condition — Items must be unused and returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging intact.

Return shipping — We'll provide a pre-paid return shipping label, so there's nothing to pay upfront. The cost of the label is simply withheld from your refund.

Loss in value — If a returned item arrives in less than its original condition, you may be responsible for any resulting loss in value, as agreed upon with us before your refund is issued.

How to start a return — Email us at Spinsterly12@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send you a pre-paid return label and the next steps.

Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, minus the cost of the return shipping label and any agreed loss in value. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
