Order anytime — Our shop is open 24/7, so you can order whenever the mood strikes — day, night, or 2 a.m. spite-scroll.

Processing time — Orders are processed within 5–10 business days. "Processing" means preparing and packing your order; it's separate from the time your order spends in transit once it ships.

Shipping days — We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Transit time — Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Shipping rates — Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Free shipping on orders over $75.

Where we ship — We currently ship worldwide.

Tracking — Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delays & lost packages — Once a package leaves our hands, delivery timing is in the carrier's control, and we can't be responsible for carrier delays. If a package appears lost, reach out at Admin@spinsterlyco.com and we'll help you track it down.
