Butter Croissant Sourdough Loaf

All the richness of a Paris bakery croissant, in a shape that fits your toaster.

We start with our classic sourdough, naturally leavened with Li-Li, home-fed sourdough starter, then work cold butter into the dough by hand through the kneading process. It's slow, a little fussy, and absolutely worth it. The butter works its way through in layers, so the crumb bakes up soft and feathery with that unmistakable buttery richness.

The result is a sandwich loaf that eats like a pastry. Golden crust, tender open interior, and a gentle sourdough tang underneath all that butter. Toast a slice and it turns crisp at the edges and melting in the middle, no butter knife required.

Made for morning toast, elevated grilled cheese, and French toast worth waking up for. Baked in small batches.

Ingredients: bread flour (unbleached hard red wheat flour, malted barley flour), spring water, salt, butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavor)
