A peanut butter lover's delight, and we mean that literally. These start with our home-fed sourdough starter, which gives the dough a deeper flavor and a soft, tender chew you don't get from a standard peanut butter cookie. It's the Spinsterly touch, and it keeps things from tasting one-note.
Then we lean all the way in. Real peanut butter in the dough, plus Reese's peanut butter chips folded through for pockets of extra richness in every bite. Nutty, sweet, and a little salty, with crisp edges and a soft middle.
If one kind of peanut butter was ever enough, this isn't the cookie for you. Baked in small batches.
Ingredients: all-purpose flour (organic hard red wheat flour, organic malted barley flour), peanut butter (dry-roasted peanuts, sea salt), salt, baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), baking powder (cornstarch, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), unsalted butter (pasteurized cream), brown sugar (molasses), granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractive, alcohol), salt, spring water.

No fridge required — our cookies are shelf stable, so just keep them somewhere cool and dry. Consume or freeze by day 7. Not going to finish them? Pop them in the freezer and it'll taste just baked when you're ready. Thaw at room temperature.
