This is old-fashioned chocolate fudge, the kind you remember from a holiday tin or a grandmother's kitchen, and the kind that's gotten harder and harder to find. Deep, semi-sweet chocolate. Impossibly smooth. It softens the second it hits your tongue and melts away clean, with none of the grain or waxy finish you get from a store shelf. 

Prefer a little crunch? Add toasted walnuts or pecans, folded in by request. Classic either way.

The recipe has been in the family for years and it's been made the same way ever since: slowly, in small batches, watched the whole time. That's the part the name brands can't replicate.

Ingredients: semi-sweet chocolate (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), salted butter (pasteurized cream (milk), salt), evaporated milk, granulated sugar, marshmallow (corn syrup, sugar, water, >2% egg whites, cream of tartar, xanthan gum, artificial and natural flavor), vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractive, alcohol)
