Chocolate twice over.
We start with a proper old-fashioned brownie: dense, fudgy, and rich all the way through, with that thin crackled top that flakes when you cut into it. No cake-like brownies here. Then we fold chocolate chips into the batter, so alongside the deep cocoa base you get soft pockets of melted chocolate scattered throughout.
Chewy at the edges, gooey in the center, and the kind of brownie that doesn't need frosting, ice cream, or any help at all.
Cut into generous squares. Baked in small batches.
Ingredients: bread flour (unbleached hard red wheat flour, malted barley flour), granulated sugar, organic dutched cocoa powder (organic cocoa/processed with alkali (theobromacacao)), eggs, unsalted butter (pasteurized cream), vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractive, alcohol), salt, chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips (cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), semi-sweet chocolate (sugar, chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, milk fat, natural flavors)

No fridge required — our brownies are shelf stable, so just keep them somewhere cool and dry. Consume or freeze by day 7. Not going to finish them? Pop the remainder in the freezer and they'll taste just baked when you're ready. Thaw at room temperature.
