Built on white chocolate for a fudge that's pale gold, silky, and rich, with pure maple flavor running all the way through. It's warm and buttery and tastes like autumn, sweet without being cloying, and it melts away just as clean as our classic chocolate.

Made the same way as everything else here: slowly, in small batches, from the same family recipe with a maple twist.

Add toasted walnuts or pecans if you want a little crunch. Maple and pecan in particular is a combination worth the extra dollar.

Cut into squares. Try to make it last.

Ingredients: white chocolate chips (sugar, palm kernal oil, whole milk powder, non-fat dry milk, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), salted butter (pasteurized cream (milk), salt), evaporated milk, granulated sugar, marshmallow (corn syrup, sugar, water, >2% egg whites, cream of tartar, xanthan gum, artificial and natural flavor), maple extract (maple concentrate, water, alcohol, caramel color)
