The classic, made to order. Quick oats and warm brown sugar give these cookies their hearty chew, and our home-fed sourdough starter adds the Spinsterly touch keeps the sweetness in balance and the crumb tender.
Then you choose. Plump raisins for the traditionalists. Tart, bright Craisins if you like a little contrast. Or a mix of both, sweet and tangy in the same bite, which is honestly how we make them for ourselves (because why choose?).
However you order them, they come out soft in the middle with crisp golden edges. Baked in small batches, customized to your taste.
Ingredients: all-purpose flour (organic hard red wheat flour, organic malted barley flour), salt, baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), baking powder (cornstarch, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), unsalted butter (pasteurized cream), brown sugar (molasses), granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractive, alcohol), spring water, rolled oats, semi-sweet chocolate chips (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, vanilla extract)

No fridge required — our cookies are shelf stable, so just keep them somewhere cool and dry. Consume or freeze by day 7. Not going to finish them? Pop them in the freezer and it'll taste just baked when you're ready. Thaw at room temperature.
