Every loaf starts with our homemade starter — the beating heart of the bakery, fed daily and fussed over constantly. Classic sourdough flavor, then we get creative: cranberry pepper jack, Mediterranean olive, rosemary parmesan, chocolate chip. Savory, sweet, and a few that refuse to pick a side.
