Collection: Spinsterly Bakes

Spinsterly Bakes is the kitchen half of Spinsterly Co — a small-batch, made-to-order bakery run on good butter, real Ghirardelli chocolate, and a sourdough starter with more staying power than most relationships. Everything is mixed by hand in a home kitchen, in batches small enough that we still know each loaf personally. There's classic sourdough for the purists and chocolate-chip-croissant sourdough for the rest of us. There's fudge by the half pound, cookies by the dozen, and scones that pair alarmingly well with an afternoon spent doing absolutely nothing productive.
